We designed and built a custom web-based system to manage and optimize Lambrucar’s supply chain operations end-to-end.

• Led a full discovery phase to define workflows, requirements, and system architecture
• Designed an intuitive UX/UI to simplify complex operational processes
• Developed a web-based administration panel for real-time supply chain management
• Enabled shipment tracking, order management, route optimization, and inventory control
• Integrated Google Document AI to automate document processing (invoices, permits, proformas)
